Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities will include facilitation of training content both in-person and via webinar or video conference.
- Act as a liaison for various business units to address and support global training needs
- Develop and build engaging and effective training solutions.
- Author and administer educational materials, including online training modules, training manuals, workbooks, videos, infographics, and job-aids.
- Maintain the content for existing training programs by staying up to date on process changes and technology improvements
- Form positive and productive partnerships with subject matter experts and transfer that knowledge to trainees of varying backgrounds and skillsets.
- Designing and creating measurable benchmarks for training programs such as quizzes or games to reinforce learning.
- Create and maintain training records including rosters, scorecards, and signoffs
- Analyze data related to the training program to create reports and recaps for the leadership teams
- Content Design Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities will not necessarily include Instructional Design, but the Training Specialist should be comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids.
- Training Specialists will often need to edit existing published content in the LMS, therefore should be comfortable with LMS tools and recording audio for voiceovers.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with training delivery or public speaking in a corporate or classroom-like setting
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and other Office 365 applications
- Excellent consulting skills, (e.g., critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and influencing)
- Experience with presentation, composition, and facilitation skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple high priority projects
- Ability to interpret data and organize it visually and creatively
- Experience with LMS (SCORM) or CMS
- Able to gather, process feedback and implement change quickly
- Willingness to understand Accurate’s business model and product suite
- Proven leadership ability
