Build and maintain relationships with universities and higher-education institutions in the Eastern Region to support NLI’s outreach activities.
Represent NLI at government-sponsored programs and regional workforce-development initiatives (e.g., HRDF, Tamheer-related events, career fairs).
Identify and help coordinate participation opportunities with relevant Eastern Region bodies and initiatives.
Provide backup support to Zahra Al Faraj on the Learning Management System (Oracle Fusion Learning) during peak periods – including data entry, enrollment tracking, and report generation.
Support coordination with external training providers: following up on requests, scheduling and attending meetings, and tracking action items through to completion.
Maintain accurate records of university and provider communications, and prepare periodic summaries for the NLI Manager.
Assist with general L&D administrative tasks as required.
