About the Role:
- The Training Room Coordinator/Admin Assistant will handle reservation of training and meeting rooms of branch offices including other admin works relative to facilities operations.
- Room Reservation System monitoring and encoding
- Coordination with Business Units relative to reservation via phone and email
- Reports generation based on rooms utilization
- Administration works relative to facilities operations
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
About You:
- With relevant education or experience in the administration or coordination
- Proactive and keen to details
- Real Estate background would be a plus
