Job Description:
CONTEXT OF THE POSITION…This position aims to monitor the quality and compliance system of Airbus Hua ou Training Centre. This includes ensuring compliance with the aviation regulation and Airbus policies related to a training center as well as a simulator operator. The incumbent will also be required to coordinate with Airbus Central Entity Quality department.
ACCOUNTABILITY- Responsible for the management of the quality system, compliance monitoring function and follow-up of the corrective Actions and Findings closure
- Ensures that all ATC training is homogenous and compliant with the AIRBUS policies and EASA Aircrew, CAAC , HKCAD ,and / or other AA requirements
- Coordinates the work across ATC in order to obtain and maintain all necessary Aviation Authorities approvals, act as focal point of contact for the local Aviation Authorities and monitor the Local regulation changes in the region.
- Cooperates with Airbus ATO Head of Training and Regulatory compliance manager in order to obtain the EASA approval for ATC Beijing as an ATO satellite
- Cooperates with Airbus MTO Head of Training and Regulatory compliance manager in order to obtain the EASA approval for ATC Beijing as an MTO satellite
- Cooperates with Airbus FSTD supervision and Regulatory compliance manager in order to obtain the EASA approval for ATC Beijing as an FSTD satellite
- Supporting the global Quality Audit Plan
- Supervises various audits and controlling of ATC: participation as main auditee with business to local Aviation authority audits, and customer audits; ensure internal audit findings solving with the business and actions follow-up, and provide official answers.
- Provides feedback of findings to the accountable manager and coordinates corrective actions
- Enhances ATC quality system through AOS, and other applicable standard
- In charge of relevant manuals, such as management manuals, training specifications
- Manages the feedbacks for continuous improvement of the quality of the training
This role will involve some travel for business in China and Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
The interview for this position will involve a dedicated examination, i.e. case study, proposal presentation etc.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of EASA, CAAC, HKCAD regulations and aviation authority approval processes
- Experience managing a quality system and compliance monitoring in a regulated environment
- Experience planning, conducting, and following up internal and external audits and corrective actions
- Familiarity with ATO, MTO and FSTD approvals and satellite ATO/MTO/FSTD processes
- Familiarity with Airbus policies, AOS and relevant quality standards for training centres
- Experience with simulator operations or working knowledge of FSTD technical/operational aspects
- Ability to prepare and maintain management manuals and training specifications
- Willingness and ability to travel for business in China and Europe
