The Training Program Manager is part of the Pharma Individualized Medicines Team responsible for the process development, manufacture and supply of personalized immunotherapies in collaboration with our global partners.
As an integral part of our Learning and Development team, which is dedicated to enhancing the knowledge and skills of our employees across the organization. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various collaborators, including Learning Experts, Instructional Designers, and department managers, to design and deliver effective training programs. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of our training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and GMP compliance.
The Opportunity:
As a Training Program Manager, you will serve as a single point of contact within the Hillsboro Innovative Therapies (HIT) Learning Solutions team for clients and subject areas and will be responsible for ownership of training administration/coordination of the Learning Management Systems (LMS). The key accountabilities of this role are: Program Management, Training Delivery, Instructional Design, and Vendor Management. Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing a phase-appropriate learning system process for HIT, ensuring alignment with business objectives and GMP compliance

Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs, monitoring their ongoing impact and making necessary adjustments

Collaborating with Learning Experts, Instructional Designers, and leaders to leverage resources and standard processes across the learning network

Translating organizational requirements into the design and development of technical, managerial, and process learning options

Establishing regular meeting times with department managers and participating in department and network projects

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the training industry to provide clients with innovative learning leadership

Supporting the administration of LMS, including data entry, curriculum/qualification management, and reporting
Who You Are:

You possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a training/learning and development role

You have demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures, and safety requirements within a pharma/biochemical-manufacturing environment

You possess demonstrated experience implementing various instructional design models (i.e. ADDIE, SAM, Agile, etc.)

You have extensive experience in delivering comprehensive training programs encompassing both technical and soft-skills development, ensuring a well-rounded approach to employee development

You have a proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and partners, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment to achieve business objectives

You possess demonstrated expertise in customer service and business partnership roles, showcasing a track record of effectively meeting and exceeding customer expectations

Experience implementing new training technologies (i.e. virtual reality)
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Oregon is $92,820 - $172,380. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
