Along the way, you’ll manage the learning management system, guide your team, optimize budgets, and ensure every program is effective, efficient, and inspection-ready.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NRC, DOE, OSHA, EPA, or similar
- Experience managing procedures programs, document control, and records management systems
- Experience overseeing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance, quality, and audit readiness in training and documentation programs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable training
- Experience modernizing training programs using digital tools, interactive content, or e-learning platforms
- Background serving as a subject matter expert during regulatory inspections or license implementation
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives (CIP) and performance metrics for training effectiveness
- Experience supporting facility modifications or operational changes through training needs analysis
- The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.
