Roles and Responsibilities
- Work integrally with associated teams to capture, manage, coordinate, and schedule training (globally) to internal and external partners and customers. This includes select duties functioning as a registrar.
- Managing Learning and Training Management Systems creating schedules and offerings, enrolling students, assigning training plans and closing course rosters.
- Maintain training records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance and other associated documentation utilized for financial process such as billing.
- Communicate effectively with Service Leaders, Program Managers, trainers, participants, and stakeholders.
- Support global training management planning processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to training logistics and operations. Identify areas for improvement, drive initiatives to improve operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree and few years of experience in a training role.
- Knowledge of learning management systems.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and web delivery tools (distance learning).
- Proven ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to rapid response times and frequent change .
- Proven examples of possessing results-driven, action-oriented, passionate work ethic resulting in a positive customer impact while balancing organizational needs
- Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
- Computer skills for MS Office Suite; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel
