The Role

Job Description SummaryThe Training Operations Specialist enables critical execution across both the clinical applications and technical training organizations for all business segments (Imaging, PCS, and AVS) with rigor related to standard process and tools.

This individual is responsible for acting as a subject matter expert in their area(s) of ownership, enabling Training Operations to focus on the customers and team. As an integral member of the Training Operations team, this individual is expected to demonstrate a safety-first mindset with attention to compliant execution, while maintaining applicable processes as part of the Quality Management System and EHS policies and procedures in addition to driving a culture of belonging, inclusiveness, and people development, directly and indirectly, throughout the organization.

Job Description

Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Daily execution of specialized expertise and depth of technical knowledge in operations.

  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.

  • Interprets procedures and resolves problems with mindfulness on how each step and team member contribute to the overall operational execution. 

  • Ability to independently solve problems with significant degree of complexity.

  • Maintain and respond with urgency to incoming requests of Training Operations for field assistance including but not limited to email requests from My Training and eCommerce Customers and Internal teams and My Customer Training (MCT) internal support. 

  • Research customer issue trends, raise critical incidents, and collaborate with the MCT technical team to see through to resolution. 

  • Maintain tracking on MCT release history, participate in UAT and regression testing and develop data analytics for MCT, My Training, and Learning Experience inbox support. 

  • Drive improvements in customer experience through efficient and effective operations and customer communications processes.

  • Enable daily operations of the Training Operations organization, readily catching and owning tasks that prevent focus on the customer and cross functional teams. 

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or local equivalent with minimum 2 years of Operations/Customer Service experience.

  • Strong, demonstrated knowledge of current computer/office communications technologies with expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic business environment with effective time management and organizational skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Support all special projects as needed.
