We are seeking a skilled, adaptable, and data-driven Training Operations and Data Coordinator to join our Training & Enablement team. This role blends training program management with data analysis, requiring expertise in leveraging virtual meeting tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and a keen attention to detail, particularly in managing training, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports. They should be self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure the seamless execution of training programs. 

Essential Responsibilities:

Training Administration and Coordination:

  • Maintain and manage the master training calendar, including scheduling sessions, creating mandatory attendee lists, and tracking attendance through the LMS. 

  • Facilitate dry-runs and training sessions via Zoom and/or Google Meet, managing meeting setup, participation, and resource sharing. 

  • Administer LMS tasks, such as creating live learning modules, managing users, and tracking attendance.

  • Audit and update training system records to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • During periods of high volume for the product training team, assist in planning and executing project activities by creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among team members.

Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting:

  • Gather, clean, and analyze training data to identify trends and measure training effectiveness using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.

  • Create and maintain reports on attendance, performance metrics, and ROI insights using LMS reporting tools (e.g., Learn Upon).

  • Prepare data-driven presentations for leadership using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or other presentation tools to visually communicate findings.

System and Project Management:

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve training effectiveness and integrate data across platforms.

  • Test and implement LMS enhancements to ensure a positive user experience while meeting business needs.


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • College degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager in a professional office environment.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Extensive experience with Zoom and Google Meet.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a heavy workload.

  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing tasks, adapt to interruptions, and adjust priorities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as LearnUpon or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools.


What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
