The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Training Operations Administrator to support the operations that power our customer and partner training programs. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our education initiatives run efficiently. It involves managing systems and learner support. It also includes coordinating multi-functional projects that improve the training experience for our internal and external audiences. You’ll also contribute to internal enablement operations to help our teams deliver consistent, high-impact learning programs

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage day-to-day training operations across our customer and partner learning ecosystem, including learner support, data reporting and analysis, system fix and support for internal and external collaborators

  • Define, monitor, and report on meaningful measurements, SLAs, and performance indicators to evaluate program efficiency and operational performance.

  • Coordinate and manage complex projects and execution of large-scale program launches, new course rollouts, and special enablement projects

  • Partner with internal collaborators and executives, including Enablement, Learning, and IT teams, to ensure flawless data flow and system integration across platforms such as LMS, CRM, and analytics tools.

  • Lead and support programs that improve alignment, efficiency, and scalability across training & enablement, collaborators, and supporting functions.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in training operations, enablement and related customer support

  • Demonstrable experience managing complex projects and programs that span multiple teams and functions, specifically managing learning systems (e.g., LMS, LXP), and external and internal learner support

  • Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, define metrics, and leverage insights for decision-making.

  • Good interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with Adobe Learning Manager, SFDC

  • Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP)

  • Familiarity with workflow automation and data integration tool

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 72,000 USD - 120,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
