TRAINING OFFICER -L&D

The Training Officer-L&D supports the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of employee learning and development initiatives. The role involves assisting with training programs, analyzing learning data, preparing training reports, and providing field coaching support to improve employee capabilities and performance. The intern works closely with teams to identify skills gaps, track training effectiveness, and support continuous improvement of workforce development activities.

• Support the development and implementation of training calendars and coordinate internal and external training programs.
  
• Assist with employee induction, refresher training, technical training, soft skills development, sales training, and compliance training sessions.
  
• Prepare and update training materials to ensure relevance and alignment with organizational needs.
  
• Collect, organize, and analyze training data, including attendance records, assessment results, and performance indicators.
  
• Identify skills gaps and provide insights to support targeted learning interventions and employee development.
  
• Evaluate training effectiveness and track the impact of learning programs on employee performance.
  
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly training reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review.
  
• Maintain accurate training records, databases, and documentation to support reporting and decision-making.
  
• Conduct field coaching visits with sales representatives and supervisors to observe performance and provide practical guidance.
  
• Provide on-the-job coaching to improve sales skills, product knowledge, customer engagement, and overall effectiveness.
  
• Develop and monitor coaching action plans to address identified performance gaps.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training delivery, employee capability building, and performance enhancement.
