As Training Manger, you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of DNV's training business in Sweden. You will own the training portfolio's revenue and profitability targets, work closely with customers and sales colleagues, and ensure that our training offerings create value for both customers and DNV.

The role combines business development, sales, customer management, and operational leadership. You will lead our Training Coordinator, develop the training portfolio based on market needs and proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.

You will work closely with Key Account Managers and the sales organization to position training solutions as a strategic part of DNV's customer offering.

 Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability within the Training Services portfolio.
  • Own targets,  pipeline and commercial performance for the training business.
  • Develop and execute sales and growth plans for public and in-house training services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and support contract closure.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to integrate training services into customer account plans.
  • Continuously evaluate and develop the training portfolio based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Lead and support the Training Coordinator to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Secure trainer capacity and competence aligned with market demand.
  • Maintain accurate data, forecasts, and reporting in CRM and LMS systems.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

You have a strong commercial drive and enjoy creating business opportunities and delivering results. Whether your background is in corporate training, sales, business development, account management, or a related field, you understand how to convert customer needs into successful commercial solutions.

Experience within learning services or corporate education is valuable, but equally important is your ability to develop business, manage stakeholders and drive revenue growth.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused leader who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys working closely with both customers and colleagues to achieve ambitious goals.

We believe you have:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or corporate training.
  • Experience with revenue responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth and customer value.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Experience leading people or coordinating teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Structured and analytical way of working.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
