As a Senior Content Creator you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of Rulebook training, ensuring high-quality onboarding and upskilling across configuration teams and clients.
The role works in close partnership with the Training Owner, contributing to the overall training strategy while taking direct ownership of Rulebook-specific training execution and delivery. A key focus of the role is building practical, scalable training content and learning experiences, reducing reliance on informal knowledge transfer and ensuring consistent capability across teams.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Rulebook training programmes, including onboarding, upskilling, and certification pathways
- Design and develop high-quality training content and learning journeys, translating complex product functionality into structured, practical learning experiences
- Act as the subject matter lead for training delivery, ensuring training reflects real-world use case, configuration patterns, and delivery standards
- Introduce AI-driven learning and knowledge tools to reduce reliance on senior team members
- Partner with Config team, including Tech Leads, Consultants, SME and the Training Owner to shape training approach, identify gaps, and align training with product roadmap and delivery needs
- Drive training adoption and effectiveness, supporting internal teams and clients through structured rollouts, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of Rulebook Academy, ensuring content is scalable, consistent, and aligned with broder training objectives
Must have:
- Several years of a proven experience designing and delivering technical training or instructional design solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with e-learning content development tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, or similar)
- Experience creating training for software platforms, technical systems or product-based environments
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured learning content
- Strong collaboration skills working with SMEs, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Nice to have:
- Experience working with LMS platforms, internal training academies, certification frameworks
- Exposure to SaaS or configuration-based systems, data-driven or rules-based platforms
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation, modern learning tools and techniques
- Understanding of technical concepts (e.g. configuration, data, or basic coding)
