We’re looking for an independent, creative, motivated experienced professional able to fully understand the business and translate knowledge into engaging learning experiences.
What’s the job? Develop training materials for our global Customer Care team starting with the onboarding and throughout their growth path in the department. Utilize your skills to create state of the art trainings on multiple systems and coordinate their consumption with our global team.
We’re looking for someone who will...
· Analyze the target audience’s needs.
· Work with subject matter experts to learn and understand complex systems or processes.
· Apply proven instructional design theories, methods and practices.
· Create engaging learning activities that enhance the learner’s knowledge retention, including e-learning, videos, simulations, and more.
· Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners in reference to their role, tasks and job experience.
· Design exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
· Operate, manage, and leverage an organizational LMS to full engagement.
· Analyze learning results and ensure it’s achieving the outlined goals.
· Maintain project documentation and course materials.
· Lead and manage learning projects with multiple stakeholders, including managing project aspects as communication, schedule, risks, deliverables, etc.
Does this describe you?
· Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
· BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar.
· Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
· Strong storytelling skills and the ability to storyboard.
· Proficient in developing lesson layouts, e-learning and learning videos.
· Experience in soft skills training and development.
· Visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
· Experience and proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
· Experience with a Learning Management System.
· Excellent English skills (read, write, speak).
· Great interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly.
