What You’ll DoAs a Training Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in delivering and improving our training experience. You’ll be hands-on with Trainees, guiding them through digital marketing fundamentals and ensuring they are ready to succeed with our clients.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Facilitating and executing training programs with precision and consistency
- Coaching Trainees 1-on-1 and in small groups to strengthen their skills and confidence
- Reviewing deliverables and ensuring alignment with quality standards
- Troubleshooting tool-related issues across platforms like Canva, GoHighLevel, and social schedulers
- Monitoring performance and providing feedback, evaluations, and corrective action when required
- Collaborating closely with the Training Supervisor to improve outcomes and report on progress
- Are an experienced Digital Marketer with at least 2 years in the field
- Have previous experience in a Trainer, Mentor, or Team Lead role
- Have strong communication and facilitation skills, both 1-on-1 and in a group
- Are tech-savvy with hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing, social media tools, and funnel-building software
- Have a high level of initiative, emotional intelligence, and confidence in leading others
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Are based in the Philippines and required to night shift hours (our clients are global)
- Full-time, long-term employment (not freelance)
- Night shift required (with 10% night differential)
- Training included

Skills Required
