Join Novartis as an Academy, Training & Enablement Operations & Analytics Specialist and help deliver impactful Ethics, Risk and Compliance and Security & Legal Academy learning programs across a global organization. In this role, you will combine training operations, project coordination, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to support learning effectiveness and objectives. Working with international stakeholders, you will coordinate training activities, monitor program performance, drive continuous improvements, and contribute to strengthening our culture of integrity while helping reimagine medicine for patients worldwide.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Transform complex data into actionable insights that inform training and enablement strategies.
• Partner with course owners to develop engaging global and targeted learning solutions.
• Deliver operational support for global and local ERC and S&L Academy programs.
• Measure training effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
• Analyze behavioural and culture-related data to help manage ethical and compliance risks.
• Develop engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate project activities, milestones, meetings, and webinars across global initiatives.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance analysis, content creation, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful training and enablement programs.
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Sociology, or a related Social Science discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in data analytics, information management, and project delivery.
• Experience supporting training and capability building projects
• Strong experience using analytics and business intelligence tools to develop dashboards and insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to present data through compelling storytelling.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Planner, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including translating complex insights for non-technical audiences.
