How you'll make an impact
Facilitate engaging training sessions on leadership, lean principles, onboarding, and more
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training content
Coach and qualify On-the-Job Trainers to ensure consistent learning experiences
Maintain accurate training records in our Learning Management System (LMS)
Support lean management system training and capability building
Continuously improve facilitation methods to meet diverse learning needs
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and personal accountability
Your background
Degree or certification in education, HR, business, psychology, or related field—or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a trainer, teacher, coach, or facilitator
Strong understanding of transformer manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with LMS platforms
Experience with Lean Principles is a plus (or willingness to learn)
