Job Description
Job Title: Training & Development Manager/ Lead
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

About the role:
The Training Manager execute sales training plans by conducting needs assessments, developing appropriate training programs for enhancing salesforce capability and effectiveness (Sales Team) and evaluating program.
How you will contribute:
1) To execute sales training plan, analyze need assessment by brand and develop annual training plan of MR for enhancing core competency (Call quality &Sales Strategy)
2) To compose and facilitate sales and marketing training program (Induction program, continuing education support (raise the bar), advance selling skill and support new product launch.

  • To be trainer in the soft skill program such as coaching Skills, Leadership skill.
  • To be the professional coach and Facilitator for conducting crucial meeting.
  • To be mentor and conduct train the trainer for selling skill and advance selling skill course for talent from sales and marketing.


3) To enhance salesforce capability and effectiveness at MR levels and ensure call quality (MR) both in class (Certification) and in field coaching in BKK & UPC. Talent of sales management (STAR)
4)To evaluate the training course and manage sales training record with CHARM
5) To organize a Global workshop parallel with Sales Manager to execute workshop perfectly
6) To keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training (E-Learning) and education in industry.
What you bring to Takeda:
Education
Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus)
Major
Pharmacy/ Science
Experience
5 years pharmaceutical industry commercial experience
Minimum 2 years in management level (Sales/Marketing)
General Basic information
English language

  • Very Good command (written and spoken)
  • CGFR level B1


Computer

  • Very Good at MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT)


Travelling requirement:
Frequent travel 20% time within country and Asia Pacific region, with occasional travel to other international locations
