Under the overall leadership of the Head of Ethics & Compliance Training & Development and in collaboration with other Global teams and partnering functions, the Training & Development Manager, Ethics & Compliance will assume a key role in educating our employees around Sandoz values and equipping them with good decision making through highly engaging and relevant policy based global L&C training, awareness and communication campaigns.

This position can be based either in Prague, Czech Republic, or in Madrid, Spain.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and implementation of a holistic global awareness program that integrates training and communication initiatives to raise awareness of Legal & Compliance (L&C) policies, guidelines.

  • Lead the development of global e-trainings, to a global audience, on L&C owned topics with external vendors and internal authoring tools.

  • Design and develop global L&C training programs (e.g., Code of Ethics, Anti-Bribery, Conflict of Interest, Interaction with external professionals)

  • Ensure consistent high quality and meaningful learner experience in all trainings, while demonstrating evidenced training impact.

  • Create and deliver diverse communication and engagement assets (e.g. micro learnings, one pagers, explainer decks, videos, webinars, newsletters) to support program objectives and promote awareness.

  • Project management and change management around L&C training and communications initiatives.

  • Ensure consistent quality, accessibility and inclusivity in all trainings and communication materials.

  • Oversee instructional design standards and ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all materials

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), especially legal & compliance, to ensure content accuracy and relevance Manage the training development process with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.

  • Be the go-to person when it comes to technology tools and vendors for learning content, communication, and awareness. Learning Management System (LMS) experience is required.

  • Manage vendor relationships and external content providers as needed

  • Project management and change management around L&C training and communications initiatives.

  • Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, completion rates, and analytics and use it for improvement of training and engagement.

  • Build networks and collaborate with other teams, within and outside L&C to maximize impact and engagement.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Education: Learning, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration

  • Languages: fluent English is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.

  • 4+ years of experience as a learning expert via different channels and different formats

  • 4+ years of experience in the areas of adult learning, training, and instructional design

  • Experience in managing vendors in learning content development.

  • Experience with authoring tools and development of high-quality training e.g. with EasyGenerator, Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Adapt Framework, Adapt Authoring Tool (AAT)

  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and collaboration with SMEs.

  • Project Management skills
