About the Role
The Talent Development Advisor is responsible for the Leadership & Talent Management training requirements across ANZ. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple
stakeholders to ensure that training needs are met. The Talent Development Advisor will collaborate with HRBP's people leaders to deliver effective training solutions for our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Talent Development Manager on developing and executing the Leadership Development Plans.
- Develops framework on Talent Management for frontline workforce.
- Assist HRBPs on people cycle routines (OPR preparations, engagement plans & data analytics).
- Coordinates the Talent Management routines across C&C and Ops.
- Assists the Talent Development Manager on developing and executing Leadership training program.
- Assists the Talent Development Manager in developing and executing Specialised Functional Bootcamps.
- Coordinates Apprenticeship program at each site as per site requirements.
- Coordinates the Trainee program recruitment.
- Facilitate training sessions when necessary, ensuring that training objectives are met.
- Coordinate external trainers, vendors, and specialists for specific subject areas.
- Ensure records of training and development activities, attendance, results, and feedback.
- Track and report on training progress and certification requirements.
- Prepare and distribute training communications, announcements, and evaluation.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in training coordination, human resources, or learning and development.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training-related software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
