Job Purpose: The C2C Training Developer is responsible for developing training materials that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. Under the management of the Training Lead, this role involves collaborating with Programme Change Leads to identify Programme wide training needs, and creating materials align with the AVEVA’s strategic goals.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Design and develop training programs, courses, and materials that meet organizational needs.

  • Work with Change Leads to understand training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

  • Gather feedback from participants and make necessary adjustments to training content and methods.

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

Measures of Success:

  • High quality, engaging training materials are created and deployed as per Programme timelines.

Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Effective communication and people skills.

  • Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, SFA, and ERP with ability to discuss experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

  • Meticulous individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.

  • Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation, and motivational skills

  • University degree in related discipline with >3 years training creation experience

Behaviours:

  • Ability to create clear training materials – e-learning, quick reference guides, simulations etc.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistency across all outputs.
