Training Developers – Huntsville, AL

Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000
In-Depth Engineering Corporation seeks Training Developers to support our rapidly growing engineering work on Ground Missile Defense (GMD) Weapons Systems. The GMD Weapon System (GWS) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat.
The work is performed on-site at our customer site in Huntsville, AL. Work schedule - Flex 4/10 Schedule or Flex 9/80 w/every other Friday off - or a straight 5/8.
Qualified candidates must be US Citizens with an active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Degree in STEM discipline, Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning Studies, Education, or related field with 5 years’ relevant work experience with an Associate’s degree, 3 with a Bachelor’s, 0 with a Master’s, or 7 years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify and develop appropriate learning solutions.
- Experience designing and developing learning products for multiple modalities, including online, in-person, and hybrid, as well as synchronous and asynchronous formats.
- Experience analyzing learning metrics to evaluate instructional effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, utilize subject matter experts, team members, and established processes to create and sustain training materials under general supervision.
- Experience developing maintenance training curriculum using ADDIE.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Education Suite, Learning Management Systems, or other related software suites.
- Experience developing learning materials for technical disciplines.
- Experience applying adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Curriculum design experience
Skills Required
