Develop, maintain, integrate, and test software for the Aegis Combat System Display Subsystem. Responsibilities include investigating problem reports, implementing C++ and Java fixes in Linux, preparing engineering documentation, participating in peer reviews, and supporting agile development. The engineer will work independently and on a small team, with occasional travel to customer sites for investigation, testing, and software integration.

Develop AI/ML software for signal processing within a research-focused engineering team. The role requires independent work and collaboration on small teams, with professional C++ development experience and expertise applying AI/ML to signal-processing problems. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position supporting a rapidly growing research department.

Develop and maintain training curriculum for Ground Missile Defense systems. Conduct Training Needs Analyses, design multi-modal learning (online, in-person, hybrid), analyze learning metrics, create maintenance training using ADDIE, interpret technical manuals and collaborate with SMEs to produce instructional materials.

Develop, integrate, and verify high-performance radar modeling and simulation software onsite. Participate in full software lifecycle, apply best practices, perform data analysis, and support CI/CD and verification activities.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test capabilities to verify mission-critical missile defense software. Collaborate with development, systems engineering, integration, cybersecurity, and test teams to ensure requirements verification, create test artifacts, and perform manual and automated testing using tools like DOORS and Python. On-site in Huntsville with occasional travel.

Develop and maintain on-site software for Ground Missile Defense systems, processing multi-sensor data and implementing intercept algorithms. Work in C++/Java on RHEL, requiring an active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and occasional travel (up to 10%).

Maintain and update the AEGIS Display Subsystem (ADS): verify Problem Reports, investigate and implement software fixes, integrate and test updates. Produce design documentation, present work in peer reviews and to customers, and use modern development tools in an agile environment. Develop object-oriented C++ and Java on Linux and travel to customer sites as needed.

Integrate, configure, and test complex hardware and software subsystems in a tactical lab for the AN/SQQ-89 program. Manage networks, compile/run software, execute debug and test procedures, perform hardware stand-up, and coordinate with partners and customers.

Perform systems engineering for Aegis BMD: requirements analysis and decomposition, architecture, data analysis, software integration, test plan development, verification/validation, and Agile team support to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives.
