- Works alongside other training resources embedded inside the Scrum teams
- Key accountabilities
- Produce, coordinate and integrate the E2E training content for his value stream
- QC individual product training produced by the Scrum teams
- Coordinate with training E2E lead, training manager and the training delivery manager to deliver training
- Measure training efficiency and improve training content
- Fix training quality issues by addressing incident and continuously drive improvement on training
- Review scrum team documentation and meet with scrum teams to gather info/details on processes and system functionality
- Create/edit transactional training process flows (via Visio) with detailed input from other scrum members
- Key deliverables
- Develop training materials for every product and application they are involved in
- Prepare, test, and sustain Training Environment data for End User Training (EUT)
- Ensure site trainers are prepared and ready for EUT delivery
- Automation target achievement on training material production

- 100% content created in time for EUT
- 100% confidence of site trainer readiness prior to ILT/VILT EUT

- Create, edit, publish and maintain ILT/VILT (Instructor Led Training/ Virtual Instructor Led Training) and WBT (Web Based Training) courses
- Engage various stakeholders and mainly DevOps teams to continuously improve training
- Create survey to measure and track training progress and effectiveness for each individual course
- Create/manage training portal folder organization and publishing of all training docs as appropriate
- Perform train the trainer and conduct coaching sessions for site trainers to prepare them to deliver ILT classes, use exercise guides and training data in the training system
- Assist in identification of training environment requirements.
- Test training environment exercises for usability purposes.
- Deliver/support end user training ILT/VILT classes for go-live
- Provide post go-live support for end users
