YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Assists in the assessment of training requirements across the organization.
- Develop and deploy online learning modules within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assists in the coordination of training events including on the job training, new hire orientation, and/or on demand training based on business needs.
- Supports documentation standards for Spartanburg Assembly Plant (SAP).
- Monitors compliance and record keeping within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintain Spartanburg Assembly Plant (SAP) training calendar.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- One (1) year of experience in a related field.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Training, Education, Human Resources, or a relative area.
- Innovative, future-oriented, and open to new thoughts and ideas.

Pay Range:
$50,400.00 - $77,200.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
