You'll make contributions that matter by…
- Ensuring overall training compliance and standards at the Nuneaton site, managing training for around 400 employees.
- Liaising with site operational teams to ensure department training plans and SOPs are in place, meet required standards, and are regularly reviewed.
- Contributing to the site training budget, ensuring cost-effective spending with clear training plans aligned with site requirements (annual budget of circa £100k).
- Creating and delivering compliance and training KPIs, providing data for site and supply chain compliance and training reporting.
- Organising, developing, or sourcing training programs to meet specific needs, arranging delivery through selected providers or self as appropriate.
You are best suited for the role if you…
- Have demonstrable training delivery skills, with desirable qualifications such as Trained Trainer or Level 3 Award in Education and Training/Certificate in Education/Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
- Possess experience in training coordination and delivery within a manufacturing environment, and can take ownership without supervision.
- Are IT literate with a high level of numeracy, capable of creating, using, and manipulating spreadsheets, and able to gather data, analyse it, and present recommendations effectively.
- Are an excellent communicator, able to deliver training in an engaging and professional manner, and develop strong working relationships with external training partners.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills, with relevant food industry qualifications being desirable, and experience working with learning management system platforms.
