Job Description:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the effective management and coordination of various training platforms and systems to ensure seamless training experiences for employees and stakeholders. This role involves managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), maintaining training content and materials, coordinating training schedules, and liaising with external vendors.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in training coordination, or a related role. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to facilitate discussions and engage audiences effectively.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.

Creative problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and enhancing processes.

Certification in Training & Development or similar field (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP)

Experience with e-learning software (Articulate, Captivate) and video editing tools
-
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
