This position is an opportunity to coordinate training operations within a complex professional-services environment, helping ensure programs run smoothly from planning through follow-up. You will play an important role in supporting training delivery, maintaining accurate learning systems and materials, and contributing to a well-organized experience for trainers, participants, and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Learning Management System administration, including maintaining course catalog, updating course descriptions, adding new courses, assisting customers with ecommerce platform to purchase courses, and resolve billing or access issues.
  • Create the annual training schedule in collaboration with trainers, customers and venues.
  • Coordinate and plan training events with attention to budget and time constraints.
  • Organize virtual webinars, hybrid platforms, and physical venues, including scheduling, material distribution, catering and lodging.
  • Collaborate on the production and delivery of training materials and promotional items
  • Gather feedback from course evaluations and compile meaningful reports.
  • Research state training certification requirements across the country.
  • Maintain the course catalog and training marketing materials.
  • Market training opportunities to customers by preparing promotional campaigns via digital e-mail marketing platform.
  • Adhere to and update Training Program Process Manual.
  • Maintain records for maintaining IACET accreditation.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating event logistics across multiple audiences.
  • Experience managing budgets in a training coordination context.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating training programs across multiple audiences.
  • Experience analyzing course evaluations, turning feedback into actionable reports, and managing deadlines in a training coordination context.
  • Proficiency with LMS administration, training databases, and registration platforms.
  • Knowledge of training certification requirements or continuing-education compliance.
