The Training Coordinator ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the Training Center’s learning activities by coordinating onboarding, logistics, administrative processes, and training systems. This role serves as the operational point of contact between the Training Manager, instructors, students, and corporate support functions, ensuring that all conditions required for successful course delivery are in place.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the preparation and operational organization of training courses in close collaboration with the site Operations Manager
Manage the onboarding process for instructors, visiting instructors, and temporary staff.
Ensure the administration of access requests, badges, mandatory training, and onboarding checklists.
Support students and instructors throughout training activities.
Administer and maintain training systems (AGU, SharePoint, and related tools).
Monitor training prerequisites, activity completion, and the status of learning initiatives.
Collaborate with corporate functions such as Facilities, Security, EHS, IT, and Travel Support.
Support the organization of Training Center visits, workshops, audits, and events.
Bachelor's degree in a technical, administrative, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in operational coordination, training administration, or project support roles.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders and international teams.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
