As we scale our training programs to support our growing teams, we need a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Training Content Assistant to help bring our instructional content to life.
We're looking for someone who can take instructional design plans and transform them into polished, engaging training materials. In this role, you'll work closely with the Enterprise Training Manager to build courses in our authoring tool, create visual assets, and produce video content that helps our teams succeed.

Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Must currently be employed at LawnStarter.
- Experience creating digital content such as videos, images, graphics, or online courses.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement content according to specifications.
Technical Requirements
- Must have a dual monitor setup for efficient content development and multitasking.
Skills & Strengths
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Clear communication skills and ability to ask questions when clarification is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with image editing and basic graphic design.
- Experience with AI image generation tools.
- Experience with authoring tools.
- Video editing experience.
