Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and facilitating corporate training programs for our external clients while actively generating business leads and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality corporate training programs aligned with client needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and recommend suitable learning interventions.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Develop and maintain an annual training calendar that outlines scheduled programs and key timelines.
- Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new training opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and training materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide post-training reports or recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate training, facilitation, or consulting.
- Proven ability to design and deliver professional and impactful training programs.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in generating leads and managing client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in Training & Development or Coaching (e.g., CIPD, ATD) is an added advantage.
- Experience working with clients across multiple industries.
- A proactive, business-minded individual with strong problem-solving skills.
Skills Required
