How you’ll make an impact 

As a Training Consultant you will be driven and have a passion for high quality face to face training. Driving practice success and showing practices how our solutions are crucial to patients getting access to dental care. You will be working closely with the wider training consultants and the training team leader on how to deliver professional training.
What you'll do 
•    Train our customers in the use of our software within their own practice environment. 
•    Include configuration of the software to meet customer requirements ensuring the best practice training to maximize usage of the software and associated modules.
•    To assist training leader with production of Training related documents and associated tasks. 
•    To assist the Project Manager with the planning and delivery of new projects in an ever-changing environment.
•    To train other Software of Excellence staff in the software as and when required.
•    To promote and train software features in such a way as to maximise usage of our products to assist both the customer and the Company to maximise revenue streams.
•    To assist in the planning and delivery at Software of Excellence User days and Trade shows.
•    It is a requirement that whilst you will be on customer site for most of the training, you will be expected to have suitable facilities to work from home when delivering On-Line training, as well as providing support backup etc. when required.

What you’ll bring with you
•    Good professional customer service experience on a face to face level is essential, together with the ability to withstand a very busy and challenging role.
•    Excellent communication skills, both with External customers and with Internal teams, with the ability to demonstrate the way forward whilst working on your own initiative. A work ethic with the desire to exceed expectations.
•    Previous training experience and or a training qualification.
•    A1 and V1 assessor awards, experience of e-learning + delivering
•    C+G customer service is preferable to this role.
•    Dental experience will be an advantage.
•    Must be highly motivated and capable of working as an effective team player, you will need to rely on the internal teams to make sure your sites are installed without problems.
•    Previous experience working away from home as a sole representative of a company is advantageous. You should expect to be away from home Monday to Friday as a guideline.
