Responsibilities

Identify and solve client and end-user challenges through a clear and concise training methodology

Produce engaging product documentation and trainings using various media; deliver both remote and onsite training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Manage logistics for designated internal and customer facing trainings including calendar, registration, attendance tracking, facility set-up, etc..

Develop and maintain a deep expertise in the Netsmart product and partner integrations

Work in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the end user, to ensure client needs are met and messaging is aligned and consistent

Support implementation and managed services teams to effectively training our newest customers

Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical and technical users,
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-
At least 2 years work experience in an implementation, product management or training capacity

Ability to develop and deliver multi-modal communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
-
Able to actively learn when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning opportunities
Preferred

Health care and/or technology services and solutions with emphasis on health and human services or post acute marketplace experience
