The RTO Compliance Coordinator will lead the coordination of the delivery of qualifications within the TGE Enterprise RTO scope of registration, including compliance with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) regulatory requirements.
The primary responsibility of this role is the management of student recordkeeping (AVETMISS) and compliance reporting related to the operation of the Enterprise RTO and Commonwealth Traineeship Programs. This is role is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the TGE student record system (AVETMISS compliant).
In addition, this role supports the development and maintenance of RTO training/assessment resources, RTO policy and procedures and will contribute to the implementation of new initiatives within the scope of the Enterprise RTO operation.
What you’ll do
RTO & Compliance Administration
Manage systems, procedures and work practices in line with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Compliance requirements
Manage the integrity of student records and course delivery database utilising the student administration system.
Training Co-ordination and Compliance
Coordinate and delivery of national traineeship programs including the management of inductions, enrolments, training plans and Contracts of Training.
Manage training plans to ensure trainees and existing employees complete training
within the expected timeframes
Safe and Healthy Workplace
Comply with the Team Global Express policies and legislative HSW requirements
Identify and report hazards, injuries and incidents
Ensure tools and PPE and clothing are in a safe condition before use and report/fix
as appropriate any defects
What you’ll bring
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Higher tertiary education qualification in Business or related disciplines.
3 + years’ experience in a similar coordination role within a Private or Enterprise RTO environment (highly regarded), or a large corporate or Government training function.
Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
Proven experience with LMS and or TMS systems
Knowledge of ASQA / VET system and reporting requirements will be high regarded
Advanced understanding of Student and/ or Learning Management Systems
