As a Training Associate, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is passionate about learning and development and is eager to build a career in training and employee development.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in coordinating training programs aligned with business needs.
- Support training logistics, including scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
- Help prepare training materials, presentations, and learning content.
- Maintain training records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support in developing basic reports and dashboards to track training activities and effectiveness.
- Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops when required.
- Work closely with managers to support training needs and learning initiatives.
- Continuously learn and contribute to improving training processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in training, HR, or administration.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint is a plus).
- Interest in training, learning, and development.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident and willing to learn presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and a team player.
