Key Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing training needs across various departments and levels within the organization.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager and other stakeholders to design and develop training curriculum, materials, and resources.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
- Actively participate in delivering training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats to engage learners and facilitate learning outcomes.
- Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and other technology-based training solutions.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and other performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in training and development.
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Training experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional technology.
- Ability to work with WMS Software.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Demonstrated passion for learning and professional development.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable using computers and quickly learning new software or platforms as needed.
- Ability to lift fifty pounds as well as bending, standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time.
