Job Purpose:
Provide Learning Services in compliance with GxP (cGMP/GCP/GLP) regulatory requirements, Sandoz Quality Manual and implementing processes that realize Learning & Talent Services across Sandoz divisions.


 

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Learning and Talent Central Administrator in Sandoz Learning and Talent related systems. Support the Quality Head and the function in administrative related tasks. Perform and deliver high-quality GxP and Non GxP training activities in the Sandoz Learning Management System (UP4Growth).

  • Train/Mentor personnel for successful and timely onboarding of new joiners. Preparation of Quarterly training calendar, trainers’ profile and updating of trainers’ profile as and when required and review of monthly training schedule prepared by HR. To facilitate & ensure completion of induction training for new employees before starting job activities.

  • To ensure completion of training against all SOPs, including revision & implementation of new SOP. Ensure compliance to Sandoz internal quality standards, relevant regulatory requirements, and service level agreement (SLA)  

  • Deliver high-quality service using applications like SNOW, Internal Training Tools, SharePoint etc.  Ensure the SNOW tickets are kept in ‘On Hold’ status only in case of external dependency (e.g., IT, vendor, requestor etc.) and all the tickets are closed within defined SLA  

  • Ensure the SNOW case is tagged to right HR service, GxP Impact Flag, GxP Criticality, and the Impact & Urgency Flags are appropriately marked wherever applicable. Contribute to the release/new system features and testing as needed and attend post release internal orientation sessions.

  • Support in service quality and process improvements projects, deviation triage, investigation including report filing, impact assessment, RCA and CAPA implementation as needed. Raise Incidents with Tier 3 team after first level analysis and discussions with respective team leads wherever required and ensure resolution within agreed timeline/SLAs.  

  • Stay apprised with the information on the major on-going incidents, escalations, issues and develop an understanding of recurring incidents and problem tickets. Ensure the feedback provided based on the CSAT outcome and quality audits on ticket handling and resolution provided are acted upon.

  • Ensure timely completions of mandatory trainings and adherence to compliance policy. Support in knowledge and capability building within the team. Ensure all time readiness for customer and internal audits and support customers during audits and inspections by providing requested training documents.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

Education (minimum/desirable): Graduate / Postgraduate in any domain

Languages: Fluency in English is a prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage

Experience:   

  • Operations Management and Execution.

  • Collaborating across boundaries.
