Position Overview: We are seeking two dynamic and detail-oriented Training and Enablement Analysts to join our team—one based in Amsterdam and one in Austin, Texas. These roles are crucial in supporting the onboarding and ongoing training of our 250-person revenue team. As part of the broader Revenue Operations team, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering training programs that ensure our sales and go-to-market teams are highly skilled and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Support: Lead the onboarding training process for new hires across the revenue team, ensuring they are equipped to meet their new hire targets.
• Ongoing Training: Develop and implement ongoing training initiatives to support the continued success and skill development of our existing team members.
• LMS Management: Regularly work within our Learning Management System (LMS) to create, organize, and track training programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with all teams across the go-to-market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align training with business goals.
• Certification Development: Help design and deliver product certifications, CRM certifications, and skills certifications that will be utilized by our global revenue team.
• Impact Measurement: Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs, with a focus on the number of new hires hitting their targets and the impact of training on already onboarded reps.
• Global Impact: Contribute to training initiatives that have a global reach, impacting teams across different regions and time zones.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Passion for Learning: A strong interest in training, development, and helping others succeed.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort with using technology and learning management systems (LMS); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
