The Role

KioSoft Technologies LLC (“KioSoft”) is a growing hardware and software company providing turnkey custom solutions for the Commercial Laundry, Vending, and other unattended Payment Industries. KioSoft has operations in the United States, Canada, China, Korea, and authorized dealers worldwide.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team in the Mexico office. This role is pivotal in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our staff, with an initial focus on training Help Desk employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that align with our organizational goals. There is potential for this role to evolve into managing a team as we expand our training initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of Help Desk staff in Mexico, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers.
  • Create instructional materials, workshops, manuals, and other resources to facilitate learning and development.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support for new hires to ensure smooth integration into their roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
  • Stay updated with developments in training techniques and methods to enhance training programs continuously.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Potentially manage and lead a team of training professionals to support organizational growth and development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a Help Desk or technical support environment.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Training and Development role
  • Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire an audience.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training solutions in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or leading a team is an asset.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices such as TalentLMS and Documentation360.
  • Relevant certifications in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance).
