Day in the Life:
- Help develop training materials, presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and other learning resources.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create content that supports employee development and company goals.
- Organize and maintain a learning library so employees can find and use resources.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist with tracking training participation and gathering feedback to evaluate programs.
- Research learning and development trends and share ideas to improve training resources.
- Create internal communications and promotional materials to encourage employees to use the learning library.
- Support new hire onboarding and explore other areas of Human Resources.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Current college student in good standing, ideally entering your junior or senior year and pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- An interest in employee development, instructional design, or content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with employees at different levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles is a plus; classroom or adult education experience is helpful.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard and monitor for extended periods.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and twist as needed.
- Ability to lift approximately 15–20 pounds.
