Purpose of Role/Summary:

The Training & Analysis Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant market analysis while supporting the company’s educational, marketing, client-engagement, and media activities. The role works closely with the Senior Market Analyst, Marketing, and Sales teams to translate market development into reports, educational materials, webinars, seminars, media commentary, and digital content.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:

•  Preparing one approved market analysis reports across the company’s relevant asset classes
• Developing educational materials such as presentations, articles, video scripts, videos, and other requested content
• Conducting Arabic webinars and seminars based on business needs
• Delivering training sessions for new employees when required
• Preparing for and participating in TV and radio interviews, ensuring market commentary follows approved talking points
•  Producing evergreen educational articles and/or infographics
• Preparing customized market reports based on approved internal or client requirements
• Supporting 1-to-1 educational or explanatory sessions for HNW clients in coordination with the Sales and education department
• Producing short market-analysis videos with additional content when major market events require timely coverage
• Any other duties that are requested and relevant to the role

Required Skills & Experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience Required
•    A solid financial background and at least two years of experience working in the financial services business.

Knowledge of capital markets is a must
