CAE is looking for a self-starter and autonomous Part Time Training Administrator to support our Training Center in Eagan, Minnesota.
Job Description:- Ensure Instructor Pilots (IPs) meet qualification requirements prior to instructing assignments.
- Coordinate IP training events and maintain accurate IP and client training records.
- Audit client and IP records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor VSE conflict reports in STARS and notify the Training Manager as needed.
- Support regulatory compliance through auditing activities.
- Contribute to special projects and improvements in training delivery processes.
- Coordinate training activities, including classroom setup and ensuring client access to CBTs and training materials.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
- Support new‑hire onboarding activities.
- Communicate regularly with the Program Lead, Training Manager, and local Instructor Pilots on training issues.
- Motivate, support, and collaborate with IPs to enhance training quality.
- Align local processes with network standards in partnership with the Training Manager and Program Lead.
- Recommend improvements to training delivery and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate weekly meetings to review training activities.
- Ensure revisions and updates are properly distributed through the update process.
- Conduct periodic instructor and client record audits as assigned.
- Support adherence to policies and procedures established by the Head of Training (HOT).
- Ensure instructor staff are familiar with the TCOM and all applicable corporate policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing client training folders and ensuring documentation readiness for examinations and check rides.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
- Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, or poles.
- Remain in a stationary position (standing or sitting) for extended periods.
- Occasionally move about to accomplish tasks or travel.
- Occasionally move or adjust objects up to 20 lbs.
- Perform frequent repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers.
- High school diploma.
- 1–3 years of relevant administrative or office experience.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Understanding of aviation or prior aviation‑related experience.
