Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.

The Position

The Position 

The Training Administrator will coordinate workshops and training sessions and will engage with stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness, The role will manage the training calendar, and work with external vendors. Additionally, they will create reports and analyze data to assess the impact of training.


Position Reports to: Learning and Development Head


The key aspects of your role are as follows
  • Facilitate Workshops: Organize training workshops and offsite events.
  • Schedule and Coordinate Training: Manage workshops and training sessions in Workday LMS.
  • Execute Training Plan: Implement the annual training plan.
  • Manage Training Calendar: Publish and communicate annual and monthly training schedules.
  • Coordinate with Vendors and Employees: Work with external vendors and employees on training schedules.
  • Report and Analyze: Create attendance reports and analyze data to assess training impact.
  • Vendor management: Contracts and Vendor relationship management
Requirements

Required knowledge/experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Experience Training coordination.
  • Training and coaching certifications.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance norms will be an advantage.
  • Experience of working with an HR ERP, preferably Workday.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - proficiency)

Location

The position is based at Egon Zehnder’s KCI office in Gurgaon, Plot no. 29, Institutional Area Sector 32.
