If so the role as Training Administrator (m/f/x) might be the right starting point to your career in HR, in which you will be able to learn and understand how a HR team operates, how HR processes have an impact on a business and how people are the most valuable asset to a business, therefore providing learning and development opportunities to their teams is crucial for company success.

Your playing field

  • Working globally. You will spend your days coordinating on-boarding sessions for new hires across all our international locations, as well as planning and scheduling training sessions organized by HR, including remote training and booking of venues, equipment and anything else which is needed to ensure suitable conditions for successful training sessions.
  • Collaboration. Within your role you will be collaborating with external trainers as well internal stakeholders and own the communication and organization of training activities.
  • Contract management and Reporting. You will ensure that contracts are being processed internally, that training records are complete and maintained in accordance with compliance standards and that reports are created to measure training effectiveness.
  • Support. You will support the Learning & Development team with any local and groupwide projects.

  • Ready to grow. At Tipico we aspire to foster growth and development in our employees. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a genuine interest in administrative tasks. Previous experience in an administrative role or even within a HR or Learning & Development team is a plus.
  • Data Driven. You will collect and report attendance and results of evaluation of delivered trainings to measure training effectiveness. 
  • Enthusiastic. You are eager to advance your career and learn from accomplished professionals in the field. You look forward to contributing to the success of the team by ensuring that training program are organised and delivered.
  • MS Office. You are skilled in using MS Office Programs and can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems. Creating detailed and engaging PowerPoint presentations is second nature to you.
  • Articulate. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, which enable you to foster internal and external professional relationships.
  • Always on the ball. You have a hands-on mentality and a proper talent to organise and structure your work. A little hiccup will not diminish your determination to give your best, you are a problem solver!
