MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under supervision, perform administrative activities within the Regulatory Training and Standardization Department, including:
· Records Control: Receive, organize, file, and maintain documentation in both physical and digital formats; register documents in control spreadsheets and internal systems.
· KPI Tracking: Update and maintain KPI spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely data entry.
· Training Support: Assist with training schedule planning and provide administrative support for training activities.
· General Administrative Duties: Support other tasks and activities inherent to the department as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Aeronautical Sciences, or a related field.
· Previous experience in an administrative role.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· English proficiency is an advantage.
