The program is based in Svoge, with full year duration and with full-time working day, labor agreement, and monthly remuneration. You will have the opportunity to work independently while receiving the right feedback and coaching, then it's up to you to prove yourself.
We are offering a 12-month internship designed to provide you with hands-on experience in the food industry. At the end of this program, you'll be fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to transition into a permanent role within our company and continue to grow your career in the dynamic world of snacking.
How you will contribute
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver to our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed.
What you need to know about this position:

  • Work in groups and monitor processes within an assigned area of responsibility by responding to problems as needed.


  • Operates equipment while evaluating and documenting product and package quality.


  • Communicates with supervision and other departments concerning quality and processing issues.


  • Monitors compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, product quality (GPM, HACCP, ISO). Ensures cleaning of relevant facilities.


  • Actively participates in the development and implementation processes of new products and technologies; Participates and prepares necessary data for identification and traceability of existing and new products.


  • Ensures a clear understanding of the IL6S requirements (behavior, attitude and culture) necessary to build a productive environment that promotes sustainable performance and improved safety, quality and service; uses tools from the Focused Improvement Toolkit (Loss Tree, Waterfall, Hoshin Kanri, Rapid Assortment Changeover, Six Sigma, 12-Step Kaizen, 3 Sigma Validation).

  • Proficiency in Bulgarian and English - written and spoken


  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)


  • Collaborating well in a diverse work environment with various departments


What extra ingredients you will bring (nice to have):

  • Higher education in Food technology or Manufacturing is recommended


  • SAP production system & knowledge of ERP software, would be nice to have


  • Food technology and in-depth knowledge of the processes related to it


  • Basic knowledge in the field of statistics and statistical tools


  • Management of the production process
