Education:
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security / IT / Computer Science
Required Skills (entry level):
Basic knowledge of cyber security concepts
General understanding of network fundamentals

Tamheer Eligibility Criteria:
1. The beneficiary must be a Saudi national.
2. Must be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) website.
3. Must hold a diploma from an accredited technical, health, or administrative institute/college, of no less than one academic year (two semesters).
4. Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a Saudi or foreign university accredited by the Ministry of Education (a certificate equivalency decision must be attached if issued by a foreign university).
5. Must not have prior practical experience in the public or private sector exceeding one year.
6. Must not currently be employed in the public or private sector.
7. Must not be listed on the Fund's "prohibited persons" list.
8. Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program by using both available opportunities within a total of 6 months.
9. Must not be excluded from the Tamheer program.
Skills Required
