Trainee Sales Associate (Investment 20/20) – 12-month FTC
Location: Edinburgh (We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 3-days per week)
Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on the experience you can bring)

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Associate to support our International Sales team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients across our EMEA and APAC markets, working closely with Sales professionals and Client Service Managers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop a career in asset management, combining client relationship management, sales support, and market insight.
Key responsibilities:
Support the International Sales team in managing client relationships across EMEA and APAC, including building contact lists and sourcing new opportunities
Assist with client servicing and enquiries, ensuring timely, professional responses
Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activity using internal systems
Act as a key link between Sales and internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Investment Specialists) to support sales initiatives
Assist in the creation of sales materials and client communications
Support the planning and delivery of client events, including invitations, logistics, and follow-up
Build strong working relationships internally and contribute to team meetings and sales activity
Develop knowledge of AAM products and investment markets
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adopt a client-first approach in all activities

Skills Required
