What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound sales and business development calls to prospective clients

• Winning new projects and building relationships with hiring managers

• Headhunting and sourcing top talent using LinkedIn and job boards

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle: from job brief to candidate placement

• Writing job adverts and building your brand through social media content

• Meeting clients face-to-face across the UK and Europe (recent trips include USA, Portugal, Sweden, and Denmark)

What You Need to Apply

• A minimum of 6 months of sales experience 

• No degree required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence on the phone and in person
