As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within our US Data Centre Team, you'll play a vital role in identifying, engaging and managing highly sought-after professionals within a rapidly growing market.

The Role

As a Trainee Candidate Consultant, you'll focus on sourcing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, working closely with experienced consultants supporting major US-based projects.

You will:

  • Identify and engage specialist professionals within the US data centre market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry experts
  • Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process
  • Develop networks of talent aligned to live projects and future opportunities
  • Keep processes organised, accurate and compliant
  • Build market expertise within one of the world's fastest-growing sectors
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
