The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll take responsibility for building and managing your own network of specialist candidates while supporting the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.

You'll:

  • Identify, attract and engage high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Develop and manage your own network of candidates and industry professionals
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process
  • Manage candidate pipelines and keep information accurate and organised
  • Develop specialist knowledge within your market
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver successful recruitment solutions
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to grow your network and results
  • Build your reputation as a trusted recruitment professional
